How long will it take to receive my order and who will deliver it?

Orders are processed as soon as we receive them during regular business hours. Most products ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Depending on the shipping method you choose, the transit time and the delivery carrier will vary.

Shipping & returns

How do I check the status of my order or shipping tracking?

To determine the shipping status of your order, simply visit Your Profile and check your recent orders. Once your order has been shipped, we will promptly send you an email containing the carrier and tracking information. In that shipping confirmation email, you will find a tracking link which you can use to conveniently track the progress of your shipment.

What is your guarantee and refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@inscrybedmemories.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 6708 Sweet Maple ln, Boca Raton, 33433.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I move cremains into an urn?

Upon receiving the cremains from the crematorium, they are commonly enclosed in a plastic bag within a temporary urn. Our strong recommendation is to keep all of the ashes inside the bag and place it directly into your new cremation urn. This approach significantly reduces the risk of any spillage or loss. If you feel uneasy about performing the transfer on your own, it is advisable to reach out to the crematorium or a local funeral home for assistance. Funeral professionals are generally willing and eager to lend their support in such matters. Additionally, we advise checking local regulations beforehand to ensure compliance when handling and transferring cremains.

Can Perfect Memorials put cremains into my urn?

Please note that Inscrybed Memories does not provide a service for transferring cremains. We kindly suggest that families who feel uncomfortable with the process of transferring ashes handle this task by visiting a local funeral home or crematory. They will be able to offer the necessary assistance and guidance in ensuring a proper and respectful transfer.
